Founded to honor the legacy of Evalyn Washington Humphrey, a visionary in education and an advocate for arts, our organization began with a small group of passionate community members committed to expanding access to dance. Since then, we have grown into a vibrant hub for cultural expression and education.

The E Foundation was established in 2021, by Kerri-Noelle Humphrey.
